We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (excluding payment information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Payment information is always encrypted during transfer.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright laws). A breach or violation of any of these Terms will result in an immediate termination of your access.

2. Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness of Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, we do not warrant that the information on this site is error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to modify or update information (including after you have submitted an order) and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions without prior notice. If we change the price of an item after your order is placed, we will notify you and give you the option to cancel.

3. Products & Handmade Variations

Many items sold by Genuine Store are handcrafted by independent artisans. Therefore, natural variations in color, size, texture, glaze, or pattern are not defects — they are celebrated signatures of the maker's hand. Product photos are representative but may differ slightly from the exact item you receive. We do not accept returns or exchanges based solely on minor artisan variations unless the item is materially different from its description.

4. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD ($) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, we may, at our discretion, cancel your order and notify you.

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. You represent that you have the legal right to use any payment method you provide.

            
            📦 Shipping & Delivery: Estimated shipping times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other force majeure events. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the package. Please inspect your order upon arrival and report damages within 48 hours.
        

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to love your Genuine Store pieces. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. To be eligible:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Final sale items, perishable goods, and personalized/custom orders are non-returnable.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, product photography, and the Genuine Store name — is our intellectual property or that of our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission. However, you may share links or social media posts crediting Genuine Store as the source.

7. User Comments, Feedback & Submissions

If you send us certain submissions (e.g., product reviews, suggestions, or creative ideas), you agree that we may, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, and otherwise use them in any medium. We are not obligated to maintain comments in confidence, pay compensation, or respond to them. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of any content you submit.

8. Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions, you are prohibited from using the site or its content for:

11. Severability & Governing Law

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the site following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
